The "KAKUCYU" series is finished with white and black glaze.
The original "White Pebbles Glaze" and the new "Jet Black Glaze" are used.

It takes time to slowly scrape away the clay to create the shape.
A small number of sculpture-like pieces were fired.

The glaze and shape appear differently depending on which side you look at it from.

There are some areas where the glaze is peeling off easily.
Please rest assured that there is no problem with using it.

All are one-of-a-kind original pieces.

He studied under Tadashi Kawai in Kyoto and after eight years of training, he established Sotsutaku Kiln in Tokyo.
Aiming to create "pottery that can be made in Tokyo," he continues to present installations that bring to fruition images that freely shift from architectural shapes to abstraction and then concrete form.
This time, we collaborated with HACHILABO to create our first flower pot.
